Working in collaboration with the contractor Western Building Systems, we carried out the role of Project Architect, Civil and Structural Engineers, and Project Managers as well as providing fire safety and disability access design solutions.

The design of Cois Farraige skillfully addresses significant site constraints, including a stream, flood concerns, and 8,200 square meters of archaeological features, while also managing infrastructural and archaeological considerations beyond the site, along with a proposed material contravention of the development plan.
